1. The design of the parts should be reasonable

In the design, we must reduce the scope of disassembly and assembly when maintaining a certain part, especially when the wearing parts are replaced, reduce the scope of assembly and disassembly as far as possible.

3, the mold manufacturing process is also an important part of ensuring mold quality.

The machining method and machining accuracy in mold manufacturing process will affect the service life of dies. The precision of each component will directly affect the overall assembly of the mold and remove the influence of the equipment's own precision. By improving the processing method of the parts, the technical level of the fitter in the mould grinding and matching process is improved to improve the machining precision of the die parts.

4. Surface hardening of the main parts of the mold.

Improve the surface wear resistance of mold parts, so as to better improve the quality of dies. For surface hardening, different strengthening methods should be selected according to different uses.

5, the correct use and maintenance of mold is a major factor to improve mold quality.

The mold installation and commissioning method should be appropriate, in the case of hot runner, the power connection should be correct, the cooling water road should meet the design requirements. The parameters of the injection molding machine, die-casting machine and press machine in the production are in conformity with the design requirements and so on.
